5.1 Subscription PlansSome features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) until you cancel.
5.2 Payment ProcessingPayments are processed by
Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's
Terms of Service and authorize Stripe to process your transactions. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers.
5.3 Billing CycleSubscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. Charges are non-refundable except as described in Section 5.5 below or as required by applicable law.
5.4 Price ChangesWe may change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price of your current plan, we will provide at least
30 days' advance notice. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
5.5 Cancellation and RefundsYou may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law (e.g., EU consumer rights regulations).

5.6 Free TrialsWhere we offer a free trial, we will specify the trial period in the relevant offer. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5.7 TaxesPrices listed may not include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction, which will be added to your invoice where required.
5.8 Service DeliveryOmnid is a digital software service. Access to paid features is granted
immediately upon successful payment confirmation from Stripe. No physical goods are shipped. Because access is delivered instantly upon purchase, by subscribing you expressly acknowledge that digital delivery has occurred at the moment of payment.
5.9 Disputes and ChargebacksIf you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact us at
billing@omnid.io or call
302-497-7115 before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve billing issues promptly, typically within 5 business days. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
